What is included in a general cleaning service?

Our general cleaning includes surface cleaning, vacuuming and mopping floors, bathroom cleaning, kitchen exterior cleaning, dusting, and basic tidying. It does not include deep cleaning or inside appliances.

 

  • General cleaning: regular maintenance of your home.

  • Deep cleaning: more detailed service, including hard-to-reach areas, built-up grease/dirt, and less frequently cleaned spaces.

Yes, we offer ironing services at home on an hourly basis. You can add it as an extra or book it separately.
(Note: Its a minimum 3 hour booking for a separate booking)

Cleaning products and equipment are provided only for Deep Cleaning, End of Tenancy, and After Builders cleaning services.

For regular (general) cleaning, clients are required to provide the necessary cleaning products and equipment.

Yes, we cover areas around Cork. A transport fee may apply depending on your location.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost

* More than 48 hours’ notice:

No charge applies

* Less than 48 hours’ notice:

50% of the service fee will be charged

* Same-day cancellations or cancellation when the cleaning team has arrived on site:

 100% of the service fee will be charged

We allow a 10–15 minute grace period.
If the delay is longer, we may offer compensation depending on the situation (credit or adjustment).

We accept:

Depending on the service, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

No, it’s not necessary. Many clients provide access in advance.
